Is cash on delivery available?↓
Yes, nationwide. No extra charge. You can open and inspect the parcel before you pay.
How long does delivery take?↓
1–2 days in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. 2–3 days in major cities. 3–5 days elsewhere. Remote areas up to 7 days.
What if my product is defective?↓
Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp with your order ID and a photo or video of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement.
Is the warranty genuine?↓
Yes. One full year, handled by us directly — not a third-party service centre. If it breaks due to a manufacturing fault, we fix or replace it.
Can I return something I just do not like?↓
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Seal must be intact.
Do these work with both Android and iPhone?↓
Yes, everything connects over Bluetooth and works with both operating systems.
Can I track my order?↓
Yes. Visit the Order Tracking page, enter your order ID and phone number for live status.
Do you ship to my city?↓
We ship to every city, town and village served by TCS, Leopards or M&P. That covers essentially all of Pakistan.

Where is Aura Gear based?↓
Our warehouse is in Karachi. Orders are dispatched same day if placed before 3 PM on business days.
