Delivery Areas

Aura Gear delivers nationwide across Pakistan — from Karachi to Gilgit, Lahore to Quetta. We ship to all major cities, towns and union councils served by TCS, Leopards, and M&P courier networks.

Delivery Timeframes

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 1–2 business days
• Major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): 2–3 business days
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas (AJK, GB, FATA): 5–7 business days

Dispatch Schedule

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship — at no extra charge. Please check the parcel in front of the courier rider before you pay. Once payment is made and the rider leaves, the delivered condition is considered accepted.

Free Delivery

All orders include free nationwide delivery. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt a second delivery. After two failed attempts, the parcel is returned to us. Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 300 0000000 to reschedule.
