I was sceptical about the 36 hour figure because every other brand lies. Charged the case once on Sunday, used them all week commuting and still had charge left by Friday. The ANC is not studio-grade but it cuts traffic and office noise well enough.
Sound quality is excellent for the price and the noise cancellation surprised me. My only complaint is the case picks up scratches easily — I would strongly suggest buying a silicone cover with it. Delivery was fast, I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday.
My first pair lasted 14 months before one bud started cutting out. I contacted support and they walked me through a reset which fixed it. When it happened again two months later they replaced both buds under warranty without any argument.
Sound quality and call clarity are both good. The ANC handles steady background noise like fans and road hum well, but it does not cancel out sharp sounds like horns or loud conversations. I think people expecting it to silence everything will be disappointed.
